    Minor point, but significant: I put out a "Do Not Disturb" sign (which was respected), then went out at 11 AM. When I returned at 11 PM, the room was EXACTLY as I left it; had to get fresh towels from the night clerk. The housekeeping staff is rushed, they do not re-check rooms towards the end of their short shift, and the management must assume responsibility for the cost-cutting which results in rooms not being serviced after 11:30 AM.
