    Wonderful location with a great view and beach. Pool was also very good. Room was avg. Hotel restaurant was was a little pricy and not very good. The restaurant was also very hot. Not walking distance to town; which was not really bad.

    I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I loved the hotel property. The public areas were very nice and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Also the beach was very, very nice. Not crowded, clean and private. The hotel's grounds were quiet and beautiful. The rooms on the other hand were a huge DISAPPOINTMENT. They were clean but they were basic, very basic. The walls were ultra thin. I could hear everything that was going on in the room next to ours. Talking, laughing, sneezing, you name it, I heard it! The shower was teeny and ran between hot and cold during the shower. The TV was spanish only, no english stations. The free breakfast was fantastic, but the food in the restaurant and bar was very, very expensive, especially if you are converting dollars to euros. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to town where you could get food at a more reasonable price. We also went to the grocery store for snacks and water. The beach was so incredibly beautiful. Two coves a short walk down the steps from this hotel. If you don't plan to be in your room much and wear ear plugs, the beach is worth the bad room.

Girona Airport is approximately 20 kilometres and a 30-minute drive from the hotel.
