A 10 percent city/local tax is applicable to all bookings; this tax is not included in the rates and is payable locally.

Pet Policy: A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies to each stay; One pet allowed per room; Dogs only; 80-pound limit for pets; Pets must be out of room for housekeeping; Pets not welcomed in spa, golf course or in food and beverage venues; Pets must be leashed at all times; guest accounts will be billed for damages; Pets are only allowed in Townhouse 2 Units; Waste bags must be used and are provided with "Welcome Dog Amenity."
