    The only flaw of this hotel is that its hard to find because its on a dirt road alley and our taxi had drove right past it because he couldnt find it himself... its pretty hard to find but once your there it is very beautiful, relaxing and the customer service is wonderful...

    Staff was hesitant to call a taxi for the airport ride because they are promoting the hotel car service (which is a more expensive option)over getting a metered taxi cab. There is no pay phone for outside calls so you will have to use your hotel phone which costs more. There was a time that they did not replinish our bottled drinking water and also the room amenities like conditioner, soap, etc. Hotel is far from the main strip and you need to have transportation to get to the main beaches.
