Hotel Montechoro

The Hotel Montechoro is a large modern resort hotel built on a hill, 1.5 kilometres from the sea and beach at Praia da Oura and eight kilometres from Albufeira. The 362 air- conditioned guestrooms, spread over 10 floors, have light decor with fabrics and carpets in warm colours. All include bathrooms with hairdryers and offer satellite TV, direct-dial phones, safes and balconies with views of the sea, inland or the swimming pool.

For food and relaxation, guests can head to either of the two restaurants and two bars. The main restaurant serves Portuguese and international cuisine and is located on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool terrace. The hotel hosts sports and cultural entertainments, including live shows and special programmes at New Year, Carnival and Easter.
