    From the time of check-in to check-out we received outstanding service from the hotel staff. Upon arrival we were told that they heard we were getting married, so they upgraded us to the Executive Suite. Most of our guests were also upgraded from standard rooms to suites. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We have stayed at the Forest Suites before and will again!

    NOT IMPRESSED THE MOMENT YOU GO INSIDE THE HOTEL IN THE HALLWAY YOU JUST FEEL LIKE YOU DONT WANNA STAY THERE. HALLWAY IS DARK AND VERY NARROW/ ELEVATOR IS TINY FIT ONLY TWO PEOPLE SCARY DOOR. ITS NO GOOD. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS HOTEL I RATHER PAY THE PRICE OF BETTER COMFORTABLE HOTEL.

Forest Suites Resort is nestled in an intimate alpine environment steps away from year-round recreational activities in South Lake Tahoe, Calif. Situated on more than five forested acres, the property is located about 100 yards from state-line casinos, the Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, and the Heavenly Village.

The resort combines the atmosphere of a secluded mountain lodge with resort amenities including two centrally located pools, spa tubs, a fitness center, and access to a private beach on Lake Tahoe. The lobby features overstuffed couches, lounge chairs, and a massive stone fireplace. Al's Fireside lounge, located directly off of the lobby, offers nightly happy hours featuring two-for-one beer and wine specials, and guests can take advantage of a Friday night manager's reception where hors d'oeuvres and complimentary wine are served.

Forest Suites Resort offers one- and two-bedroom suites, all of which are decorated in rustic yet modern Tahoe style. Measuring between 650 and 850 square feet, accommodations include coffeemakers.
