    clean and neat... typical bathroom issues with lots of caulk and slighly peeling wallpaper. i was here in late september... be sure to ask them to make sure the heat is on, as i couldn't find a heat thermostat in the room, and it got a bit nippy the night i stayed.

The Red Mill Motel is an 18 room, family owned and operated property located in South Yarmouth, midway between Falmouth and Provincetown. We offer spacious, well appointed accommodations within walking distances to beaches, shopping, waterfront dining, an aquarium/zoo and adventure/mini-golf. If you would rather not walk, why not enjoy the warm water of Nantucket Sound beaches and many other Cape attractions via the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority's Breeze bus service which runs right past our door.

Don't forget to start your day off right with our complimentary continental breakfast, served each morning in our lobby. Relax with a refreshing swim after your busy day in our 60,000 gallon pool, one of the area's largest. Then, prepare a savory charbroiled meal on the grills in our shaded picnic area.
