    I stayed here 6 nights while attending a conference at the Raffles Convention Center. Raffles was only a 3 block walk and from there, I had access to transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast daily was great - many choices for all kinds of tastes. Room was clean and included internet access, HBO, BBC, refrigerator. I thought this was a great deal and an excellent choice for the length of stay and my needs for the time in Singapore.

    Hotel was very bad, after checking in at 1:00am, check out was 2pm ask for 1 extra hour for check out was refused..tv across the room for me to hear it had to turn the volume up which cause us to get a phone call tell us to turn it down. its nice the next room coul hear it but I could not. Got some sleep and the phone rang at 9am waking me up to ask what time I was checking out!!! Bathroom was very bad, tub and shower had not been cleaned for some time. Hotel.com which recommend this hotel owes me some money!!!
