    Noisy, not in a good location to get to central London tourist attractions. On the third night of my stay the fire alarm went off twice. The fee to use internet was excessive and was charged for minibar items that I did not use. I called down to the reception desk to ask for help with the in-room movie and after speaking to two different employees (one being the night manager) I did not get the help I requested and they were rude.
