    The location and shuttle were great and the bathroom looked cleaned, but there were some problems. Even though the room was non-smoking, it still smelled like cigarettes and the carpet looked old and dirty. The TV picture was fine but the sound was all static. The radio/alarm clock had a loud buzzing noise. On the plus side was the coffee/tea maker, in-room safe and mini-bar and the bathroom looked clean and the lobby was nice. I only stayed one night because I had an early flight but I would not have stayed another night. I wouldn't stay here again unless they fumigated the halls and rooms and replaced the carpets and fixed the TV.

    Buyer beware, by booking on hotels.com, you might think you've prepaid your stay (except minibar, calls, etc. obviously). It's true pretty much everywhere, but not this place. Steer clear.

Location. The modern Best Western Amsterdam Airport hotel stands five kilometres from Schiphol Airport in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The aviation museum, Aviodome, is located less than three kilometres from the hotel, and the Westeinder Plas water-sports facility is positioned five kilometres away.
