    No towels or sooap in the bathroom. Had to call twice to get them delivered. No control over the temperature in the room. All rooms on a central system. Very cold upon entry and took a long time to heat up. Restaurant was very cold so we didn't even eat there. It was convenient to Saw Grass Mall.
