    The apt has everything you need, great view, spacious. A little outdated but very well kept. Comfortable. The only thing is that there was no sofa bed in the living room so my son had to sleep on the floor the first night, they brought a roll away bed the next day. I booked last minute so the room that had the sofa bed was not available and they didn't get the reservation notice soon enough. So not their fault. They gave me a great room.

    This hotel is more liike little apartments or condos. Two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with two twins) and a spacious living room with a oull out couch. The kitchen was spacious as well and well stocked with supplies, I actually baked while we were there. The price was extremely affordable for the space. It would be a great place to take a family for an extended vacation. It is only a few minute drive (or rent a cart) to the main "downtown" boca grande. The view was amazing. The only problem I had was that there was a wedding party staying above us of about 5-7 men who were up late being loud, but it was early June, wedding season.

Boca Grande North in Boca Grande, Fla., is located on a small, tropical barrier island surrounded by the turquoise and aqua waters of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.

The property offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums with bay or gulf views and tropical decor. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Units also include a dining room, living room, walk-in closet and separate dressing area in master bedroom, central heat and air conditioning, full size washer and dryer, cable television, VCR, telephone and modem/data port connection. Guests can spend their mornings or evenings on their private screened porch overlooking either the Gulf of Mexico or Charlotte Harbor.

All keys for Grande Island Vacations rental units can be picked up at the Boca Grande North Reception Center, located approximately one mile south of the Boca Grande Causeway toll-bridge (bridge toll is $4), on the left side of the road.

The Boca Grande North office is open daily from 9 AM-4 PM Monday-Friday. It is closed on some holidays. Guests planning to arrive after 4 PM must contact the office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.
