    Beautiful surroundings. Really enjoy the outdoor dining experiences. Amenities such as the work out room, pool, tennis, spa are terrific. Rooms are outdated (TVs rather than plasmas, bedspreads instead of duvets or other / newer concepts, armoire drawers in need of repair, etc.), but we did love the balcony and views. Had an issue with the door lock that after several tries (and delays in being able to get in our room twice), they had to move us. No consideration given (other than an apology) in spite of the inconvenience. They did help move our items. Staff was friendly but not "above and beyond".

    My husband and I stayed at CopperWynd for a week. That place felt like being at home - comfortable and low key. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had unlimited access to on-site sport facilities and all fitness classes. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and had great views. I really liked that the resort had a separate pool area where no screaming kids were allowed. From our patio we had wonderful view of the city of Fountain Hills and mountains of Tonto National Forest. Every morning we had breakfast on the patio and saw a lot of wild life such as deer, rabbits and quail just few yards away from us. The resort is situated on the side of a hill and surrounded by exclusive gated living communities. There are few grocery stores near by (few minutes drive) and even French bakery. We loved the resort, we loved the place. We will come back!
