    Upon arrival in Boston we called the hotel for our free airport shuttle. It took several times to get through to the hotel clerk who put us on hold several times. Finally, the clerk told us that the hotel shuttle had just left and it would be 45 minutes before he could pick us up. It was a cold stormy evening. My husband and I waited for one hour for the shuttle. I tried to call the hotel several times again and finally got through. They simply were not answering their phone. I would let it ring 20 plus times and no one would answer. Anyway after I got through the clerk told us to take a taxi and the hotel would reimburse us, which they did. Once we got there I noted that the carpets in the lobby and up the hallway towards our room was very dirty. It was covered with what looked like drywall dust and chips. Fortunately out room was fairly clean except that all the bureau drawers were open and the frig door was open and the tub had a yukky soap film all over it. The bed was comfortable and a fairly nice restaurant was next door.

    The hotel was clean. Close to downtown Boston is a plus. They provide transportation to the T line-free. Breakfast was hot. At night the rooms were quite. I would stay here again.
