    The location of the hotel is great, there are some difficulties with the rooms themselves. There are limited AC outlets, the rooms are not individually climate controlled. There are central air ducts that determine the temperature. The beds in our room were rather soft and less than confortable. If your looking for a more bohemian type place w/o any frills and your mostly concerned with your proximity to the beach and the restaurants and shops on Collins Ave. its an adequate place to stay but not luxurious by any means.

    wonderful area, but broken down hotel from the scareface era, you will hear everything thats going on with your upstair nieghbors as well as next door, walking, talking, bed bouncing, walls must be made of paper, nice little pup with good music, view of the beach but drinks served in plastic,not like on the pictures,if you like that type of atmosphere, you will enjoy, if you want a clean up to date room, dont do it. noone mentioned parking is extra.
