    This is a really great hotel very close to Paddington Station (main line and underground). The quality and cleanliness of the hotel is first rate, with very well appointed rooms, quiet and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is really good - and the specials are great value. Only disappointment was the check-in and check-out staff / experience - not that friendly on arrival and seemed that chatting to other staff was of higher importance than addressing those us of waiting to check-in and check-out. Would still fully recommend the hotel however!

    A great retreat in Paddington. Quite a surprise when you walk up compared to other London hotels. We were disappointed to be given a basement room but the room was well appointed with flat screen TV on the wall (which eliminated the need for a large cabinet to hold the component), nice beds and linens, and a lovely bath. Elevator, AC, honor bar and welcoming restaurant and lounge area. 10 minute walk from Paddington station and Heathrow Express. Brand new and very contemporary.
