    The negatives of this hotel include a terrible room color scheme. It was an ugly room. Also the tv control only worked when it wanted. But the biggest dissapointment was the service at the front desk. I went for the NBA All Star weekend, and they couldn't even tell me how to get there!??? Can you believe that? They literally had to print it out. Duh, that's the reason everyone was in town. Then, on top of that, I asked where the nearest restaurants were the next day, and they had NO clue! Are you serious!
