    Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was a bit older (carpets) but overall clean and tidy. Only concern was seeing staff using the pool while sign on the door said out of service (pool visable through glass door and wall).

    Room was fine, clean and what we expected. But the management was unprofessional yelling at the staff in front of customers. They couldn't figure out what time breakfast was suppose to be ready.

The Ramada Inn and Suites is strategically located only 7 miles southwest of the O'Hare International Airport. This is a Gold Key property that was a brand new construction site in 1999. Ramada is conveniently situated outside of Chicago in the exciting western suburbs and easily accessible from the major highways. It provides the perfect spot for corporate or wedding events. The hotel facilities can accommodate up to 400 people with full service consultants to help with all the details.

Each of the spacious and well appointed guest rooms are equipped with either a standard king or double queen bed.
