    Renoir is a few blocks from the beach but it was a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nicely appointed, but not pristine. White carpet really should be replaced. Parking was 1/2 block away at a municipal garage. Lovely large marble bathroom. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

    I thought the service at this hotel was wonderful. They helped me decided where to go, they helped me track down my lost luggage, and they were always so kind and friendly. While the room itself wasn't in pristine condition, it was clean and comfortable, and as far as European rooms go, fairly spacious. The hotel is down a quiet street, so road noise wasn't an issue--although, I think the other side of the hotel faces a busier street, so request one that faces the front of the hotel if possible. It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Renoir.

Location. Hotel Renoir is a Belle Epoque style boutique hotel situated in the centre of Cannes, 400 metres from the train station and 500 metres from the beach. Nice International Airport is 20 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.

Hotel Features. Guests can relax over a selection of drinks and cocktails in the bar. The concierge can make restaurant reservations and advise on surroundings attractions, and ample parking is available 50 metres away. Guests can take advantage of wireless Internet, exchange currency at the 24-hour front desk, and order room service.

Guestrooms. The 26 air-conditioned guestrooms have contemporary decor in natural shades with traditional style influences. Amenities include cable television, desks with direct- dial phones, wireless Internet, and safes. Bathrooms are complete with shower/tub combinations, bidets, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries.

Expert Tip. Cannes attractive beachside promenade is situated 500 metres away, and Vieux Port is home to some of the largest and most luxurious yachts. Nice can be found 20 kilometres away and has a fine selection of museums.
