    Reasonable accomadations, but pretty far from town. A good thing if you want to steer clear of crowds of tourists. Hotel-to-Airport trip is a bit shorter than being located in town.

Located directly on the Tongass Narrows waterway, 3 minutes north of the airport ferry terminal and 15 minutes from downtown. 47 beautifully appointed rooms have views of the magnificent Tongass Narrows. Fishing and floatplane charters leave from the marina, hiking is available on nearby trails at Ward Lake and up Deer Mountain, and the staff can help advise guests on bear watching- and other trips.
