    I have used this hotel for years. It is always well maintained. Subway and bus service are a block away with both going directly to the center of town. The only problem with this hotel is its heating and AC. In the winter the rooms are extremely warm. The room becomes comfortable with all the heat turned off. During a recent stay in April, although the heat was turned off, the room was 78F! Opening the windows at night didn't help. The AC wasn't functioning at this time of year.

    The room was very large, and the facilities were nice and clean, but the surrounding area very little to offer. I would not have felt safe in the surrounding area at night, and there was nothing of interest except for the bullfighting ring which was fairly close.
