When walking into the lobby you think this is going to be a great place to stay. Once you get into your room, that changes. We stayed there 2 nights along with my parents. Since it was 2 rooms that we had access to, it wasn't a fluke thing. The first night, neither room had washcloths or hand towels. When my Mom spoke to the front desk, she was informed that she had to go to the front desk to get the washcloths. When I was at the front desk and inquired about washcloths, I was informed that there was "a shortage of washcloths" and I would have to wait until morning and come to the front desk to get them. My husband and I had dinner in the restaurant and were pleased with the taste and price of the dinner. nService had much to be desired. There were numerous large parties that came in after us and we were all but forgotten at that point. We waited at least 45 minutes to an hour for our bill. The breakfast buffet included with the room was not worth it. Eggs were dried out, bacon overcooked and service for coffee was very poor. There's only a 3 hour period in which to get this breakfast 6:00am - 9:00am. There's no reason for the food to not be better than it was. Each night you had to get your breakfast buffet "coupon" or else you did not get the breakfast. Second night my husband and I were locked out of our room, not my parents and we are the ones who paid for both rooms. Again we had to ask for washcloths. Rooms were okay, but not worth what we had to pay for them. The location was almost perfect for freeway access. I think if they had a little more staff and some more washcloths, the place would be a better place to stay.
