    The hotel was okay - but too far from downtown to really enjoy. It would be great if you were going to a concert. The lobby was too small - and there wasnt' a great place other than our room to hang out as a family.

    Dirty Towels (those left on the floor) were not picked up daily. Towels picked up were not replaced unless the front desk was called for replacements. The room was not vacuumed during our six day, five night stay. There was not a system in place to charge incindentals to separate guest credit cards. The bathtub did not drain well and was not repaired after calling about it twice during the stay. As a regular Crowne Plaza guest, I found all of this quite unusual for this chain.
