    The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good wireless internet service in the room. Free shuttle service to O'Hare was nice. It appears that behind the scenes, they are working hard at refurbishing the hotel, but their efforts did not interfere with any guest services. Limited entertainment or dinning options in the immediate area. Seamed a long way from anything.
