    Great Hotel good service clean rooms but the check in is a nightmare. Checked in three times in nine days and had the same problem every time. They seem to have a hard time finding your reservation.

The Camino Real Tuxtla is located in the West part of the city, on Av. Central, in the hotel and commercial zone. It is only a block away from the state's most important mall, and it is 10 minutes away from the Teran airport, and 35 minutes away from the International Airport Angel Albino Corzo. The hotel has two entrances: one on the Libramiento Sur and the other one on Av. Central. It is important to mention that these two streets are the most important ones in the city and are the direct access for the airports and the main highways.

The Camino Real Tuxtla has 210 luxurious guest rooms, with rooms on the third floor all non-smoking rooms. They all offer: air- conditioning with individual control, smoke detectors, satellite TV with remote control, mini bar with domestic and imported beverages and snacks, electronic safe box, two digital phones with direct-dial long-distance service.
