    The hotel staff was friendly and helpful but seemed a bit too common (i.e. foul language). The "great variety" served at breakfast was not what was advertised but was sufficient. There were the same choices every morning (eggs, sausage, tortillas, fruit and yogurt). The "Manager's Special" on Wednesday was advertised as smoked brisket but turned out to be chili dogs. The fitness center was not what was implied. It consisted of a treadmill and elliptical. The room was nice and clean with good housekeeping service (and fantastic coffee). My only problem with the room came through this site which told Hawthorn Suites I specifically requested a Smoking Room (which I never would). Overall, a great hotel that I would recommend and would stay at again.
