We had a fantastic experience at the Brown Palace. Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the environment was beautiful. The only thing that I think travelers should know is that they have a "dress code" for all of their restaurants (except for the Tavern). We didn't know that and packed jeans and tshirts and were unable to go to any restaurant. We ordered room service each time we wanted to eat. The food was fantastic.

Everyone attached to this hotel were exceptional in their friendliness, professionalism, attentiveness and job performance. I loved being there and feel lucky to have been able to enjoy the Palace Arms Restaurant there the only evening it was open during my stay.
