    The rooms are in serious need of an update. They are small, cramped, and have a weird smell. The bathroom is like a boat. Although the area is nice, I'd spend more and stay at a better hotel. The staff was not helpful; they couldn't even recommend pubs in the area. Stay somewhere else.

    We stayed for less than 24 hours....we were glad for that! The lobby & exterior looks relatively nice, but the rooms and hallways were a joke. The lift only fit 1 person & their suitcase. We got a triple...we didn't ask for it...so we had a bit more space than a double. There was no air circulation. The window would barely open. It would slide back down to being almost closed. The bathroom was an after though, one of those where you have to step up to it. Taking a shower was not easy, the shower head was broken and shot water all over the rest of the bathroom. Basically, it was a lot of $$$ and nothing to write home about. We've stayed in 2-star hotels and have been very happy with them, so it is not like we have to stay in the super nice hotels in order to be happy. On the building it was rated a 3-diamond hotel...whatever that means...we would rate this hotel 2-star hotel (on the lower end of the 2). Pros: It wasn't too far from the Pimlico tube stop and the staff was nice
