    I had stayed at this hotel once before without any problems. This time, there was no hot water in the shower, yet scorching hot water in the sink. It was "fixed" between my first and second night there, but only brought the shower water to a luke warm. Also, half the rooms look out to the atrium and in my case, resulting in a light shining outside the window all night.
