    The shower nozzle was half broken, the toilet ran all night- broken! Delt with it the first night beacuse we arrived late. complained the following morning. They said they would upgrade us but the other rooms smelled of smoke and no better from first glance, we have two children. Went back to original room shut off water to get a good night sleep. Too bad we paid in advance beacause I would have checked out the first night! The front desk also really didn't care about our concerns, they were there just to work as far as I was concerned. I have stayed at many Ramadas before and was chef for one in the 90's and am truly dissapointed!
