    The Milford Plaza Hotel is in a great area just a block away from Times Square and right in the middle of the theater district. The beds are comfortable and the security is good (they check to make sure you have your room key before you head to the elevator). There's a business center with plenty of computers for hotel guests to use. Unfortunately, the hotel is closing in December, 2009 for anywhere from 18 months to 2 years while it undergoes a renovation.
