Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 56Not worth the money
We stayed here for one night as a quick getaway for my husband, my 7 month year old daughter, and I. We had to wait out in the cold with our baggage until our valet finally came around to pick up our car. They charge a valet fee for every night you are there, and the whole hotel has mandatory valet, you have no option but to pay that fee. On top of the valet fee, you also have to tip them, anytime they bring your car to you or anything of the sort, we forgot a baby carrier in our car and when we asked to get it we were told it would take to long to explain and that he would go get it, which cost us another tip. The restaurant was decent. They only had a few items for each meal, but it all tasted good. Only complaint in that department is that we paid for a breakfast buffet, and we found out while going to breakfast the next morning that there was no breakfast buffet that day and that we would have to choose a single item from the menu, which we could have gotten a cheaper room and actually filled our stomaches somewhere else, their breakfast portions are tiny. The room was clean, and there was a sink and microwave. Overall though you could tell that the hotel was barely cleaned, there was grime in the light switches. We tried to treat ourselves to a mini vacation that would get us out of town for the night, but we could have found the same room quality for half the price.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 56Rooms Need Some Attention
The staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The valet service was excellent. Our room was a nice size with a nice view. However, there were some articles that had been left behind from a previous lodger, so it made us wonder if the vacuum had been run in the entire room. The carpet in our room was stained in several areas. The hallway doors and walls were scuffed. We were disappointed in the overall appearance other than the dining room and the lobby which were very nice.

For the price, I expected much more. Unfortunately, the room had a rank odor, bugs were hanging from the ceiling, the carpet was stained, the toilet barely flushed, and the walls and wall tile were dirty. Moreover, valet took forever and room service was horrible. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

Though the room was clean and the location was excellent, the hotel did not seem to be doing a booming business and the restaurant was a ghost town(Needless to say, we didn't stay for dinner, but opted for a sports bar down the street.). So many things were broken or barely working, and when we asked for extra shampoo and conditioner, they told us we were getting the last ones. Really? Also, the staff knew nothing about the Arch which is practically in their backyard.

Needs new paint job through out.Should have a gift shop or convience area for snacks. Needs something for kids to do in spare time.Great view of Arch and near sports events.Bed was unexpected type,only 12" from floor.

Location was great, staff was excellent but the stay was not worth the money. Parking was terrible and the garage smelled. Shower was moldy and not at the star level rated. I have had better stays for less money. No wireless :( and must for todays travelers. Room service was good, plenty of food, and nice, friendly room service guy. My husband booked this for a mother/son trip but was not happy with my summary of the room for what he paid. He would not have been so nice!

We had drunken idiots across the hall from us both nights. Security had to be called both nights on multiple occasions. People were leaning up against our door at 3:30am taking on the phone and banging on the door with both fists. After about three calls security got them quiet.

We found the staff and valet situation to be lacking. The room was nice but not very clean. Area was did not feel safe to be outside of the hotel. Easy access to all freeways.

I was disappointed by the size of my room and the location i was put at,also the service at the union grill was horrible my guest and i waited over 40 mins before we were waited on and the waitress was rude to another table she was taking care and thank god there was a nice lady that cleaned tables that finally took care of us i was not happy with the services this hotel offered.
