This Hotel needs improvement

This Hotel might have been great 20 years ago. Knowing, that July is "off season", she staff really acted like it. You could just tell, they didn't want to be there and really didn't care. The service at the pool was less than poor. Here you are in a 115 heat and there is no refrigirator in the room. Overall very disappointing and I will never stay at the Hilton again.

PS on 4th July weekend

The hotel was busy, unfortunately full of High School and college students who drank all day at the pool and then played loud music in their rooms, along with fighting in the corridoors. I believe that without the roudy guests this would have been a much better stay, and the hotel would have appeared better.

Not worth the money! This cannot be a Hilton hotel!

We waited three hours to get into our room. The reception desk told us to wait by the pool until the room was ready. We justed wanted to relax, then the gardeners around the pool area started up with the leaf blower and the weed wacker. It was impossible to relax. Finally, after 3 hours, we got into our room which was very, very basic. Not up to Hilton standard at all. Further, at 3am in the morning the guests in the room next to ours came back and started playing music and yelling loudly. They woke us from a deep sleep. Security took care of it almost immediately however but it just added to the dissatisfaction of our stay.

wireless did not work, fitness center was in remodel, and only had treadmills in overheated room, service was slow and unattentive

Expected More From The Hilton Name (or did I?)

I ususally stay at a swankier hotel in Palm Springs but this was a last minute trip. Although the hotel was packed with irritating tourists the staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel hallways smelled like vomit, and the room smelled odd. The location was prime for for eaterys, casino, and other nightlife. The deathblow for me was as we were packing up to check out, a cockroach was under our clothes. It scurried away, my wife and I were left with a sour taste in our mouths for this hotel. We wont be back.

This is a low rent place with a high price tag

What a disappointment! The place is dreary, dated and the management is cheap. Would not go back unless it gets a complete makeover!!

non working toilet

Arrived late at night, didn't discover the non-working toilet until the middle of the night. No one available to make the repair until after 7 AM

needs good spa and natural spring water jacuzzi facilities.

Needs Improvement

Stated specs indicted that the room has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. No sofa bed! They did provide a roll away cot at no additional charge because of our complaint, but it took 45 minutes to deliver (it finally arrived at 9:30pm). Also, fan for a/c made a loud clicking noise. Really unpleasant.

Headless Hilton

Definitely NOT a home away from home! Reasons: Lousy lobby......... no ambiance Tiny, understocked gift shop No room service after 9pm..... on a Saturday night???? Surly and rude restaurant staff and room service staff Good points: Nice, clean room Front desk people very nice and friendly Valet great!
