Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 23Sweet Suite
We upgraded to a suite one hour before arriving - at a very reasonable price! It was less expensive to get a suite with an extra (sofa) bed and roll away bed than to reserve an additional room, which was just what we needed. Staff: Thank you for your professionalism and stepping in as photographer so we could take family pictures by the fireplace.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 23OK stay, convenient to freeway
This hotel was just off the freeway, so was good for the tired driver not wanting to figure out how to get to the hotel. KFC next door was handy if you like that sort of food. Neighborhood was iffy, so no outside exercise for us. Jacuzzi was functional but not hot (98?) and breakfast was adequate. Bed was usbstandard with one thin blanket. Hotel was not well maintained--peeling wallpaper, etc. but everything worked and front desk check-in woman was very competent and friendly.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 23Excellent hotel for the money
One of the best hotels we stayed at during this trip. The location is convenient to downtown and while there was some freeway construction going on, it did not disrupt us. Also, we did not notice freeway noise even though the hotel is right next to it. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins and cereal. Also there was a spacious lobby in which to eat it, something not always present in some hotels. The only thing that could have made it better was a refrigerator in the room. Staff was very accomodating and courteous.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 23Accidental Stay
I booked this hotel by accident, instead of the airport Ramada. I will say, though, that upon arrival, I was checked in and in my room within about two minutes. Checkout a few hours later was just as painless. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly; a great place to stay if you happen to need a hotel in that area of town.

The hotel is centrally located near freeway interchange. I was able to go in all directions of the city.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 11 of 23a good hotel for the price
We had a clean room. A little old looking in the bathroom, but clean. That is what counts. Nice staff.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 23Good Customer Service
Our rooms air conditioner was not working, so the night staff upgraded us to 2 king rooms. I don't know his name but thank you very much. The swimming pool was nice, kids had fun. Hotel was a little loud, someone was having a wedding reception?

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 23Mixed Review
The hotel is located directly off of the freeway, but is in a quiet location even with the proximity of the busy road. The outside of the building is fairly run down and I have to admit that I was a little hesitant until we got inside. Our room was surprisingly nice and clean. The beds were fantastic and very comfortable. The only down side to the sleeping arrangements was the air conditioner, which switched on and off every 20 minutes. We never did figure out how to get it to run properly. The bathroom was a bit disappointing. It was pretty cramped and the toilet was not bolted down completely so it was a bit of a challenge to balance. There also was no fan so the room was like a sauna after showering. This wouldn't have been a problem if the door could be left open, but we were sharing the room with another couple. The staff was friendly and accomodating and the continental breakfast was what you would expect. Overall, viewing the prices in the area, the value wasn't too bad for the money...but I don't know that we'd stay there again.
