Did not even meet my expectations for the price

I was way unsatisfied with the hotel stay. When my mom and I walked into the room, the bed had just been used. The shower was still moist and towels were thrown everywhere. There was no information on how to use the phone or any other ammenities on site. Very dissapointing.

HELP !!!

This place claimed to be "condo style". It was more apartment style. The footsteps of the upstairs occupants could eaisly be heard throughout the place. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The apartment was connected to others by the wall and ceiling. What? No TV in the bedroom!?! For the amount of money paid a much better place could be found. In fact instead of staying 2 nights we stayed 1 and found a better place. It was clean and there was a free DVD rental, but nothing worth watching. Steer clear of this place.

Not really a hotel

I would consider this an extended stay apartment. I stayed two days and did not have my room cleaned. I was on the first floor and it sounded like I had a very active family living upstairs. I think this is more of a pay as you go apartment as opposed to a hotel.

My first impression of a hotel is presentation and smell. Both were very dissapointing upon first entry and maintained a dissatisfactory level all week. My main point of contention was the manor in which this hotel does not offer maid service unless you are there over 7 days. They really expecte a traveling business person to use the same sheets, towels etc for 5 to 6 days with no fresh linens? Very poor customer service. This will lead to the demise of the Hotel portion of this establishment.

Not so great

No hot water! Plumbing was really bad. It didn't smell good. The bathroom needed to be updated. Lights right outside the bedroom window made it as bright as daylight outside at night, and wood shutters made it impossible to keep them out! However, the furniture was nice. The bed was really comfy. I wasn't expecting an apartment complex

This wasn't actually a hotel at all, but an apartment complex. The sidewalks were under construction during most of our stay and it was quite noisy. The day we checked out the police shot and killed someone in a unit at the other end of the complex (no joke). This must be in a pretty bad part of town, but for the price, I didn't have very high expectations.
