Hotel decor is 1970's. But clean. Room was large, and bed comfortable. Very functional hotel. Decent value for the $

It's OK

It's a 15min drive from the hotel to the falls. Everyday we drove up, and parked at some lots for about $5/day. Staff is not exactly friendly. The breakfast times are strictly followed, or else you will face the lady's talk. :-)

Needs Improvement

The hotel needs some updating. The staff was not knowledgeable about surrounding area specifically being unable to recommend a restaurant that has fresh seafood. There is no flexibility with check-in time. We had to drive around town for 2 hours to wait to check in.

Needs Improvement

All other aspects are 4 except the pool which is so bare and small right infront of the hotel and front parking and can be seen from the road when traffic is at a stop. The architect did not design it appropriately.

Costly for the amenities...

But that is the price one pays for traveling to Niagara on a Summer Weekend.

Good Room for the money paid

The service was good and the location is neither far away from the Niagra falls. Rooms were clean also. Overall was a good experience.

Great room for the money

We know the hotel was very much full but the noise level was minimal,everyone in the front desk was very pleasent n helpfull...Thank you all.......
