Disappointing Service

The check in was extremely difficult and no manager was available to speak to during entire stay. The restraunt food looked better than it tasted and my family was very disapointed to find the Spa shut down. The front desk was uniterested in helping make stay more comfortable.

Needs Improvement, stay elsewhere

Pool closed. Room smelled old, funky. Fitness room was junk. Get you in with the free breakfast, which was very good.

The hotel is clean but old and it shows... You can hear your neighbors, and this is annoying and even disturbing... On a positive side, bed was comfortable and free breakfast was good.

No follow through

My stay at the hotel was actually pretty good. However, when I arrived home I noticed that I had left part of my cell phone AC charger. I called Sunday night and asked that they please check the room to see if it was still there. The front desk clerk said she would go check, and call me back. I gave her my number and waited. No call. I called Monday morning and had a similar conversation. Again, a promise to check the room, and call me, and again, no call. I called Monday afternoon, same promises, same promises broken. Finally, I called Tuesday morning. The front desk clerk put me on hold and checked the room. She was extremely courteous and professional, and she actually reported back to me as promised. Of course, by that time, the charger was no where to be found. If the earlier staff had been as competant and reliable as she was, I probably wouldn't have to buy a new charger for my phone. This was pure laziness and a lack of professionalism and integrity. Sad, very sad.

Needs Improvement

Room smelled strange, musty, old. Needs some updates to the furnishings. Pool and spa were out of order. Gym equipment was ancient and in disrepair. There was a lounge and restuarant, that's good. Free brekfast was fast and good. Airport only minutes away. Wi-Fi in room worked pretty good, easy to connect too.

What pool?

I was a little disappointed when the pool and hottub were closed for repair since that was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. It looked like they had been closed a long time and nothing was mentioned about it in the hotel review.

Run Down

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a pretty good deal. It is now so run down that I would not stay there again. The pool has been closed byt he health department and will never reopen. The air conditioner in the room broke in the middle of the night.

needs improvement

your staff was not very helpful, when we asked for extra blanket and a pillow, the respons was it will be quit a while, or you can just come and get it your self. that is not service... the bed spred was dirty, by the look and smell, the tiolet was not clean. then you froze $50.00 on my account for phone calls, so your employee said that is why. i was very up set over that. i have never stayed in a motel or hotel and that happen. i didnt mind the location because i knew where i was going, and the event i was going to was up in that area. the parking was not good, your staff was sitting there and was not helpful at all. infact some of your staff looked more scary than other people that stayed there. i realy didnt fell safe with my credit card # in the hands of some of your staff i felt very uneasy. than you.
