excellent customer service

We had a very tight schedule to meet as we were going to a wedding. When asked if we could check in at noon, they were very accomidating. We were able to get showered and be to a 2:00 wedding on time. We were able toget adjoining rooms which is very important to our family and grandchildren. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Great Deal

Great value for the money. Central location made it easy to get around. Free breakfast vouchers for the Palms restaurant, located on-site, made this a great deal and location we'll visit again.

Good hotel

Really pleasant and comfortable hotel close to the airport and with an easy access downtown and to the main highways. Rooms are clean and comfortable, even few of them are a bit noisy due to the proximity of the airport. Overall, I would appreciate to meet in France hotels of such a quality for a so moderate rate.

Nice Hotel

Great location near the airport. Not that far from down town Salt Lake, either. Great rooms and the staff are fantastic. The restaurant downstairs (Palms) is terrific...free breakfast, and believe it or not, a fresh, hand-made burger on a toasted bun available for dinner. No pressed, ready-made burger here! If you're looking for a nice, clean place to sleep, look no further...rates are GREAT! If you're looking for flash, probably won't want to stay here.

Convenient and well-priced

Benefits: (1)Hotel is convenient to both the airport and downtown/Temple Square. An added bonus - it is nextdoor to the offsite car rental stations, making it easy to pick up and drop off a rental car. (2) The room comes with a free hot breakfast at the included restaurant. (3) The price was quite reasonable. Faults: (1)The pool is miniature (for small kids) and is indoor right next to and using the same air as the restaurant. (2) The spacious wardrobes had no clothes hangers, although the desk did provide me with some. (3) Although it is only a 5-minute drive from the airport, I was told to wait at the airport late at night for 15-20 minutes for their shuttle.

Great room for the money

The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The internet connection was fast and easy to use. Breakfast was a fll restaurant breakfast and very filling. I will go back the next time I am in SLC.

Price is right for what you get

We chose this hotel because of the price and the free breakfast. The breakfast was great. The servers were not. They did not keep their personal conversations to themselves. The girl checking us in was more concerned about her cell phone than helping us. The room was always cleaned nice, but the room above us had a squeaky floor. It was not horrible overall, but the only time we were there was to sleep.

Very good experience for the price

Hotel is very clean, and has a wonderful free breakfast. The only problem we have had in staying there for many years, is a bathroom door that was about to fall off the hinges.

Well Used

Just like you would expect for the price. Well used next to the airport. Not the cleanest or nicest, but have stayed in worse. Would recommend if all you were looking for was a place to sleep and catch a shuttle.

Great Value

Free hot breakfast is a plus! Room was average size, but mattress was very comfortable. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Free WiFi in the room. An excellent place to stay for the money, even if you aren't needing the free shuttle to the airport. We'll be back.
