Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 15Terrible Hotel
I recently took a two week trip to Europe and stayed in 8 different hotels across a number of regions. This hotel was a complete and utter disappointment. The location is great because it is right off the Earls Court tube stop, but that is the only saving grace of this hotel. When you walk in you will be impressed by the newly refurbished lobby and attached bar/ restaurant. This impression will soon turn to disgust once you exit the elevator to try and find your room. The rooms were grungy and small- the kind of room that you would expect to find in the wrong side of town that you might pay for hourly. Do yourself a favor and stay at the city continental London Kensington (I stayed here the first night of my trip). It is a block and a half away, it is cheaper and it includes breakfast. Most importantly you will not have to worry about waking up next to any unexpected guests. Don’t stay at this hotel!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 15Tiny old room
The double room is tiny. Bed is next to wall so you can only access one side. Furniture is old. Do not trust they say you have big nice TV, it's tiny too. Bathroom is tiny (2 m2), sink is the size of a plane toilet sink. No one single shelf in bathroom to leave your stuff. The only nice thing in the hotel is the lobby. Location is very good though.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 15Not a 3 Star
If you are looking for a 2 star quality hotel this might be fine, the bed in the double room was small for 2 people and very uncomfortable. Compared to other 3 star hotels I have stayed in while in Europe this was the worst. The room is tiny and needs updating. No AC and even with windows open the air would not circulate. When we asked questions at the front desk the staff was of no help. The front lobby is nice and new but do not expect your room to look the same.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 15The room ends where the bed ends
You cannot carry large luggage because there is no room for you and the luggage in the room. Tiny bathrooms. Rooms smelt musty. Excellent location, only a few steps from the tube station that has even wheel chair access and elevators. Safe neighbourhood. Overall, convenient but not comfortable.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 15An adequate but overpriced room
Perhaps it's the exchange rate, or perhaps London really is the most expensive city in the world, but the Enterprise Hotel rooms are really quite cramped and shabby for the price paid. The bathroom was particularly depressing, and there was a humming noise that went on and off at regular intervals outside the window (which looked out on an air shaft). Nevertheless, it was clean enough, and the location is quite convenient.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 15changed rooms midway through stay
The first room we had was on the ground floor, with a window overlooking an alley. Early (around 7 am) each morning the sound of construction could be heard; each morning we mentioned this situation to the staff, who informed us that there could be no such situation going on. We had to bring staff into our room to have them share our experience before they would acknowledge the situation. It was at that point that we requested (and cheerily received) a new room. This new room was quite satisfactory (large, relatively quiet, and clean).

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 15You get what you pay for
This was one of the best "deals" to be had in London. Good location to the tube station in a nice neighborhood. Hotel lobby is nice, but its obvious thats where they spent all their money. Room was pretty run down, but then when you're traveling on the cheap in London, you can't expect much. I'd only recommend this hotel to those who want to save a buck or two and don't care about the condition/size of room.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 15Find another hotel
The hotel is old, the location is great to use the tube or bus. The room is really smal with 2 twin beds. the room was uncomfortable and it was cold by the window and hot away from it. I would say for just a little bit more you can find a better hotel. I would not stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 15small rooms
The lobby looks wonderful but do not go by what you see the rooms are old and outdated and so small we were a family of 3 and could barely get our luggae in the room, it had not air conditioning which made the room very warm at night.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 15Pure Dump
Are you prepared for a tiny amount of room? If so then this room is for you. I dont understand why I didnt heed other reviews I read of this dump and selected something much better even for the xtra 100 bucks more a night.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 15Good location, bad internet
The staff were very nice and the location is close to the tube and downtown. However, I use the internet a lot for work, and it was expensive, very slow, and flaky. With the weak dollar, the rooms were not very cheap and the beds were not very comfortable. The room is also quite small, but I think in line with European norms.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 15Not worth the money
To start it off, the hotel is very close to the tube station. That might be the only thing that I say good about this place. The service is terrible, only the night shift employee actually seems like he is working at a hotel, knowing things about the area where he was able to tell us things to do. Other employees would tell us to go down the street and ask other individuals. The room was way too small, barely any room to move around in. Beds were the worst ones I ever slept on, and the pillow was more like a pillow case instead of a pillow. Television is I believe 7 inches, which is terrible to watch on. There is a total of 10 channels to choose from, 4 of which are repeat channels. The channels at night only show terrible game shows where people try and guess things to win money, so if you have jet lag, then the best thing to do is to take a few sleeping pills because watching tv will NOT get you to sleep. Food was not eaten at the hotel as it seemed to look like a place I'd rather not try. Down the street there are many restaurants someone can choose to eat at including McDonald's, Burger King, a great Hindu restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and like 5-8 more good places to eat at. Bathroom will not fit 2 individuals at the same time. Great bars are down the block as well. Only person I would recommend this room to is someone that is staying alone or with someone that they are going to share the same bed with, that way there maybe more space in the room. The twin room was terrible because it was yet again way too small.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 15 of 15I got my money's worth
Since I didn't pay much per night for the room, I got what I paid for. The rooms are very small, the bed was very uncomfrontable, and the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. On the plus side, the location was great (less than a block from the Earl's Court tube station), and the price was low.
