Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 410Where do I start?
Ok. The good: We were put up in the tower instead of the bungalow we booked, so that saved the possible nightmare that I read in previous reviews. The room was well appointed and looked lovely although a little small for my taste. And there it ends. The bad: Room was located right next to soda and ice machines. This could have been worse as neither of them worked! I am handicapped and was given room at very end of hall and with elevator in rear not working and stair doors locked to prevent return, I was forced to make long walk to front elevator down a floor, then back to other end of hall for soda machine then all the way back again. I called office. Their response: Sorry, not our problem. Now I'm exhausted and going to bed. I wanted to ice my leftover soda (oh, by the way, I wanted regular and machine dispensed DIET! Yes, I know...not their problem. So now I go out to ice machine and guess what? Yes, it didn't work either. I wonder if that's their problem? So, Ihad to make long trek like last time. My knee with torn ligaments is still hurting! The ugly: The room smelled like we were located INSIDE a KFC! It stunk so bad from old fried chicken grease, I couldn't stay in room. I called to have it fixed and left. I stayed at another property I had booked at same time, so I don't know if they ever came. Well, the last day I decided to go back with my daughter and her friend and lo and behold KFC was open for business. I called downstairs and 30 minutes later, somebody came with a spray bottle. Doubtful as I was, she tried and it helped alittle bit. We went outside for a few minutes and cam eback in and smell was still there. So we had to sleep with dirty oil smell. I got like 2 hours. And if all that weren't bad, I mentioned this to hotel desk and was greeted not with Oh, I'm sorry, but "Well, what do you expect? We have a Fried Chicken restaurant in the hotel." OMG! Yes, but it shouldn't stink up a room on the 6th floor #1, and #2 I smelled another person's room on s

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 410Not Worth The Money
I have to say that this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Within our group, we booked 2 rooms and after the first night, we had to leave. The dirty elevators to the garage have a scary squeking noise when going up and down. There is also a delay in the doors opening. The rooms were expected not to be high end and just a place to sleep in for the night. In the front of the elevator was a surfboard which had sexual comments written by people that stayed there in a sharpie pen. This is definatley not a place to bring kids! In the morning, our friend smelled weed through the vents while showering. We had to leave ASAP and took the loss of the money we already paid for the 2nd night. Even if this place was free, we would rather pay to stay elsewhere.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 410Do not open the water bottles!
The "complimentary" water bottles are not free! Read the small print. In addition to the room rate is a "resort fee." Rented two rooms for our stay. Hotel is older and shows it. Our room was noisy, pipes in wall or something. The second room had a dirty bathroom. Noise between rooms was minimal, but noise from the pool area and the 3am parties was loud. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 410VERY POOR
When I arrived, the beds were so bumpy that they looked like someone was already sleeping in them. The bathroom toilet would not flush, and when I showered, the bathtub drain clogged. Unfortunately I will not be staying here again.

Maybe i am being rough, but the place looked run down for a fairly new hotel. Casino area was not so bad, but non smoking room smelt like smoke.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 410Watch out!! Dirty doesn't describe it!
We thought it had a 3 star rating....however that is NOT the case! We had a dirty tub, smelly sheets, stains on the carpet, and much much, more! We tried to leave, but they charge you for the first night stay. We stayed, but couldn't get any room service. After 20 mins of calling them, I tried the front desk only to be informed they are backed up? Wow since when? Do not plan to eat in the Dan Marino cafe...it was horrible! Stay away from this place!!!

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 410Alot to desire
The room stunk. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like it was a old gas station. The casino was hot and small. The only thing going for this place is that it had eye candy and there was sexy magazine even in the room.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 410Needs a complete overhaul
Let me start with saying I knew for what I paid this wouldn't be the MGM Grand but I did expect some type of customer service and a clean room, neither were present. After waiting in line for 30 minutes to check in(1 person working) I was told my room reservation was cancelled because I didn't show up(reservation was for 10/29 and I got there at 12:30am 10/30 because of a late flight). After finally getting it straightened out the room key didn't work and had to wait in line for another 25 minutes to get a new key. Our room was a suite with a sectional couch and when we got up in the AM and checked out the room in the daylight noticed that there was "love" stains all over the brown couch. I counted in excess of 9 seperate stains without flipping cushins. I could go on for quite awhile about the customer service (lack there of) and the disgusting rooms and hallways but read a few reviews and figure that out for yourself. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if it was free. One positive note was that the Hooters girls are hot, just go there to gamble.
