Poor Shuttle Service

We arrived late into the SLC airport and had great difficulty contacting the hotel for shuttle service. Either the phone was not answered or when it was we were told to call a different number, then again no answer. It took over 1 1/2 hours to finally get to the hotel.

Needs Improvement

I had a reservation through hotels.com. I had a printable paper. But, They say It's not working their computer so, You should come back after 8:00pm. We should We are a little tired. We are search around until that time. I think they need to connect more closely with hotels.com.

Ok place, lacks privacy

The room had a connecting door to the next room and we could hear their TV and conversation rather clearly. When we asked for a room change, we were told that all rooms had connecting rooms. The room was ok - clean and basic. Good for one night's stay if you are fine with the noises from next door.

You get what you pay for

We expected a room with a microwave and fridge (as the ad stated they had). We received the bare minimum, we were told we had to pay more in order to have those. The shower leaked, and had stains in it, and the room was very tiny with bar minimum room to work. Defininitely a low budget type of room

It's not by the airport!

This hotel is not by the airport, although it does offer a shuttle. For those who are looking for a place to "park and fly" by staying the night before, I would look closer to the airport, i.e. a safer area.

Needs Improvement

Our room was fine, except the bathroom. We had hard water ring around the bathtub, the bathroom was tiny and had ants crawling all around it. We got what we paid for. We also stayed two nights and did not even get our new sheets or towels.

This hotel could definatley use some renovating! The rooms were very small. The beds were small and the staff was not friendly. This is the first hotel I have stayed at in years that I would never recommend to another.

what the @#$%

this place is a joke of a hotel. its old, its staff is very rude, and the room was not big enough for two people. do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE ELSE. i have seen walk in closets that were bigger than this room. the beds were not very comfortable, and let me just add, I've never see a queen that small. so yeah, don't bother.

Got What I Paid For

For the money I paid it was what I expected. I wanted a place to stay near the airport. I will try other places in the future however.
