Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 22HAD ISSUES
As nice as hotel was, air conditioner was so loud, we just could NOT sleep through any of our 3 nights. Breakfast was NOT included. Told it was upgraded (& it was awesome if we wanted to pay another $9/each). My hubby was MAD!! Will contact Hotels. com & inquire.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 22Excellent Location... But Room Outdated and Smelly
The hotel front desk staff were wonderful... but the room itself was outdated, dingy, and dark. I was so disappointed and would not stay at this hotel again. The pool was nice! And they did have an impressive workout facility, but overall you could get so much more elsewhere for your money.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 221) Poor Management & 2) Hard Mattresses
1) My wife tried to meet us at the hotel the following day after my arrival. The hotel staff would not provide a key to the room (I informed them of her arrival the night before), even after showing a valid drivers license. She tried calling my room to leave me a message and tried to leave a hand-written message. Both were not delivered to my room. As a means of compensation for the poor service, the clerk offered many things to try to make it up. In the end - she gave my daughter a "Reeses Peanut Butter Cup." Now, that really made up for the fact that my wife got up in the middle of the night to return home, beacause she felt unwelcome. 2) I had a hard time sleeping on the extremely hard mattresses. Each morning I woke up with neck pain and a headache.

The room was not up to par with other Courtyard Marriot Hotels. We were quite disappointed with the size of room, toiletries available, towels, size of bed (very small!). The service was ok but the actual hotel was quite a disappointment. We would not stay there again.

We checked in late due to a long day of travel and Disney Parks. The toilet kept backing up and the desk claimed they wouldnt have maintenance till a.m. due to holiday and minimal staffing. The breakfast buffet to me was extremely overpriced

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 22decent hotel, a little far away
we spent one night of our disney vacation here because closer options were booked. Most of the hotels that were this distance were cheaper, but not as nice. We definately got attitude from the front desk about upgrading to a larger room because we had booked online.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 22Transportation Problems
The travel bus to the Disney Theme parks was misleading when I called to get info on it. I was told the buses ran every 20 minutes from my hotel to the theme parks. Definalty not the case. It was every couple of hours, therefore we had less time at the parks if we took the shuttle. The last one we could take from our hotel to Magic Kingdom was 4:45p. That didn't work out for my family at all. So if you are looking for open transportation, I would not recommend this hotel. Also, we left a $75 bed rail for my daughter in the room because we were rushing to catch the bus and when we called later that day, they couldn't find it. Not very helpfull in that department either.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 22Clean the beds
The bed had fleas or blood sucking insects, I have 40 bites of them in one arm!!, I found one of the insects and took it to the front desk and just told me they were going to talk to housekeeping about it (I was checking out, so there wasn´t much to do about it). Won´t stay there again, although it has a very good location.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 22clean with paper thin walls
the hotel staff was nice and the rooms were very clean. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the conversations next door even when they were not loud. No romance here, please.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAY. I HAD RESERVED A ROOM WITH A KING SIZED BED AND A BALCONY, OF WHICH I GOT NEITHER. IF THEY GAVE ME A ROOM WITH A KING BED THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $20 EXTRA DOLLARS. THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN SO WE COULD NOT TAKE SHOWERS. AND THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING WAS THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. I ASKED WHO MADE THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD E-MAIL ME AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM YET. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT I FEEL I COULD OF GOT A COMPARABILE ROOM FOR MUCH LESS THAN WHAT I PAID.

This hotel is older and needs a serious overhaul. I was expecting more from a Courtyard Marriott. There was construction going on outside the hotel. None of the vending machines contained water and we had to walk from floor to floor to find one. The room was old and unattractive. The bathroom was moderatly clean but looked run down. Not worth the money.

For the money, I was expecting something nicer. The hotel room's bathroom was kind of Spartan. The hotel seemed kind of old. The shower drain, drained very slowly, too. There's nothing like taking a sower in water that's approaching your ankles. I would have to cycle the water on and off to let the water drain out. The door between rooms would not shut because the bed was permanently in the way. I probably should have complained the 1st day but I figured that, for the money, the hotel should keep up on things like this. And since they didn't, there's probably not much recourse.
