Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 19Get what you pay for...
The rooms smelled funky even after I sprayed oust and other air sanitizers. Their was a dead bug under the desk. The tiles were loose and would stick to your feet because they weren't glued down, but hey you get what you pay for right. Cheap hotel right off Northwest highway, 12 minutes from downtown.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 19All was decient for what I paid!
Considering the surrounding area the hotel is in & its location, I'd say it's a pretty decient place to stay. No complaints really but then again I'm pretty easy to satisfy. Employees were nice enough & there when I needed them. Recommend the place if you just need a cheap place to crash for a few nights.

The bad reviews I read didn't hold true. It was a great hotel, great room, great service! I would definitely return.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 19What You Would Expect
My husband and I stayed at Suburban Extended Stay Dallas over his Christmas Exodus rather than freezing back home in Indiana. The room is what you would expect for the price. The exercise room, however, was a joke; nothing actually worked the way it should. If you are looking for an extended stay place without the frills, this is it. Location is nice and staff was friendly enough. **Word to the wise, if you get cold and need extra blankets, bring your own.**

Trip Type: Special Event Review 7 of 19Inexpensive
The staff was good. They were polite and helpful when I had a question. I liked the location. It was south enough on 35E to be close to downtown. I think it was 7 or so miles. Also since it was on Northwest Hwy it was close to Lemmon,Oak Lawn, Inwood, not to horribly far from 75 or the Toll Road. It worked for what i needed.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 19Didnt get what I reseved online
the room was nice but I reserved a room with two queen size beds and only had one full size. but it worked out for me, since I was by myself. I also didnt get a smoking room but I don't know if that is because of Dallas smoking ban.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 19Basic, but it works.
It's not that expensive, what are you expecting. It's pretty clean, it's not gorgeous, its in a good neighborhood, there aren't dealers in the hallway. Make sure what size bed you are getting when you check in- some rooms have random sized beds. If theres a reasonable problem with the room, they usually are pretty good about finding you a better one. No bugs, just a little rough around the edges.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 19Needs a little Improvement
I did not get a handicapped room, and the room that i did get was on the 2nd floor and the elevator onthat side did not work. Now other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 19What you would expect for the price
The location of the hotel was great. It was right down the street from major restaurants and next to the freeway where you could quickly get to other locations in the area. The room was small, but nice. The only problems I ran into was the fact that they did not bring us clean towels daily, we had to go and ask the front desk every day for new towels and wash cloths. Also, the hallway did not have air conditioning and was always dirty. Their policy is that they don't clean your room while you are there because they don't want to invade your privacy. This policy just screams laziness to me. This being said they did not empty our trash or take our dirty towels or anything of that nature. Also, upon arrival there was a burnt bag of popped popcorn in a shoebox in the freezer and an alcoholic beverage in a paper bag that was left in the refridgerator as well. They didn't clean it out before we arrived. Lastly, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. I'm not sure if it was a real mattress or a boxspring! I think the floor would have been more comfortable. If you are looking to relax and actually sleep at night this place is not the place for you!

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 19Needs Improvement
Suburban Extended Stay Dallas was very conveniently located to Dallas Love Field and was a good value but room material condition needs improvement. The room I occupied had vinyl tile peeling up from flow and less than adequate air conditioning to deal with heat and humidity of Dallas weather.
