Needs Improvement

When we arrived at the hotel it looked really nice from the outside. Once we got to our room it was a different story. To start off we got stuck on the elevator a few times. The elevator would not go up or for that matter open its doors. After about five minutes of trying to open the elevator door it finally moved up. Our room was not clean. It had soap scum and hair in the tub. The lamps in the room would work occasionally. They do not serve breakfast nor was there a pull to relax in. The only positive experience was that it was close to where we needed to be and the staff was friendly. When we complained about the tub they cleaned it. Some soap scum was still left around the drain but it was not as bad as before. I probably would not stay here again unless it was an emergency situation. (Its close to a hospital).
