Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 32Disappointing
This was out second stay at the Radisson, which is convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants, and good value for money, and has comfortable beds. We were sorely disappointed, though. On the minor side, the shaving mirror in the bathroom wasn't working, and the TV in the fitness center had a terrible picture. More importantly, the first night we were awakened at 2:00 a.m. to noisy neighbors yelling in the hallway and pounding on doors. When we got back to our room at 5:00 the second afternoon, it still hadn't been cleaned. The front desk was snippy when I complained. I don't think we'll be back for a third stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 32DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The gentleman (and I use that term sarcastically) informed us that the TV remote did not work. I said, 'Oh, that's not good' laughingly. I expected him to change our room or offer some sort of solution. His response - 'I said the remote doesn't work, but your TV does. You can STILL watch TV!' He acted as though I should have been thrilled that at least the TV worked. And, who doesn't want to travel over 5 hrs and get to their room so they can get up to channels and volume manually?! Then, we went to our room I had a question about a service that should have been included, but wasn't, and he was so rude I ended up yelling at him. I was so tired and sick of his attitude. So, with his hateful and rude behavior and the fact that the Sleep Number bed didn't work I would RUN away from this place.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 32Room Service was still frozen
Room service brought a club sandwich that was still frozen and really gave me a hard time when I didn't want another or pay for the frozen one. Front desk staff wasn't very happy about providing walking instructions either. I had to beg the valet to park my car!

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 32Super-humid, no fan in bathroom
The place was 3 star except it was ridiculous to have no fan in the bathroom considering the humidity in Cleveland. We had to leave the door open to the hallway to air out our room after taking a shower. The ironing board was also a stained piece of crap too. If you can get past those two things the location is great and you can walk to some great restaurants on west 9th and tower city, but I would probably stay somewhere else unless you get a killer deal.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 5 of 32Got a good price, but Sleep Number beds are terrible
I had to go to Cleveland for a friend's wedding. I booked a couple of months ahead of time on Hotels.com and got a great rate for the weekend, which I was very happy about. The hotel location is "downtown", but there is not much around other than a little block of bars/restaurants on 4th St. nearby. Our room was relatively clean other than a bunch of mosquitoes that were smashed into the ceiling in one area. We complained to the front desk. They offered switching our room, but we'd already unpacked. They said they'd send someone up to clean the ceiling, but that never happened. Lastly, the Sleep Number beds were awful! Not particularly the Radisson's fault - I've stayed in other hotel chains with the same bed and they've always been extremely uncomfortable. No matter what setting you use for your bed, it generally feels like you're sleeping on a futon. I didn't get any sleep the entire weekend. I will never stay at a hotel with Sleep Number beds again!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 32you better like smoke filled rooms
hotel rooms (we had two) smelled of years of smoking. Lobby was decent, but rooms need total update. Hotel is across the street from Baseball Stadium, which is it's only value.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 32Needs Work
Extremely comfortable room and bed, reasonable rate, and walking distance to Lake Erie. Hotel food was awful, and unfortunately the surrounding area, while containing beautiful architecture, has very few open restaurants within walking distance. Service varied widely from very kind and helpful to downright rude when it came to dealing with an unannounced concert / celebration about 150 feet from my window. It was okay for the brief two-day visit, but would not return.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 32Food was terrible and air conditioning kept me up all night.
I chose this location based on the fact it was a Radisson hotel. My turkey club from Room Service was still frozen. The air conditioner made so much noise I couldn't sleep. There was no regular coffee left in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 32Bad Service
The front desk clerk when I checked in was difficult to interact with and not customer friendly. This could have been a better experience with better customer care and cleaner rooms. I found a lot of hair in the bathroom and the coffee maker on the back of the toilet a little off-putting. Also the first room we were put into faced a brick wall, which was not disclosed during check-in and no options were given for the types of rooms available to us.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 32Disgusting
The city of Cleveland apparently had a substantial problem with insects during the time of year I visited. I cannot fault the hotel for that, but I cannot find it acceptable that my room had hundreds of smashed insects smeared on the walls and ceiling. Apparently the bugs had gotten into the hotel and somebody (a previous guest perhaps) had killed them, leaving bug stains and dead bugs everywhere. To think that the cleaning staff could ignore this is absolutely unacceptable. The mess was not confined to my room, as I had observed dead bugs in another guest room, the hallways, and elevator. This place was absolutely filthy.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 32Needs Improvement
Love the location, but the room itself felt dirty . . . the bathroom did not seem clean at all . . . it was almost as if we checked in after someone else and the room hadn't been cleaned . . . there was even a leather jacket in the closet that looked like it had been there for quite awhile (did anyone bother to check?)

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 32TV set must be upgraded
The analog TV set was in the chest with big chest doors on both sides. It does not make a good impression at all. The doors are in the way of viewing. It must simply be upgraded!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 32Not worth the money
I expected more being it was the Radisson. I was disappointed from the time I walked in the room, small, the towels hadn't been changed!! The location to the Arena is the only reason I would stay there again.
