Very bare bones hotel with almost zero aminities. Mattresses looked like beverages had been spilled on them. Would pay extra in future not to stay here.

The elevator smelled so bad we took the stairs every time. It stuck for two days and just got worse. The free breakfast was good. But what's the point when the elevator makes you want to vomit everything you just ate.

Great Customer Service by Front Desk Staff. However, the hotel should limit the amount of pets it will allow to stay in the hotel per night. I counted at least 10 dogs of all sizes during my 1 night stay. I was on the 3rd floor and one dog was barking at 2:30AM. In addition, the sheets on the bed were dingy. The sheets should have been replaced with a new set.

Room was very dirty, loose hair still on bathroom floor from previous guest. Yuck! Also, the toilet did not flush the first time I used it and I had to call maintenance, and it kept having problems. The air conditioner was loud, and did not get very cold at all. Also, very poor service. I called down for towels and ended up having to go get them every time I needed them. This hotel definitely needs some better customer service and better cleaning service is a must!

This has to be one of the dirties hotels I have ever stayed. Pet hair was everywhere, and I have to say bed covers where full of hair either from previous person or their dog. Also there was that pet smell inside and outside of the room.

If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. The AC unit in the room was extremly loud every time the air came on. Also, the beds were not comfortable. We had no rest for the next day!

We were very disappointed with the room and felt like the whole hotel needed cleaning! I was surprised and we actually checked out and only stayed the first night there! The hotel is fine if you are only going to get in late and sleep there and leave. We, however, have a child and did not feel it was suitable for her to play with her toys and run around the room based on the cleanliness. The hotel needs a major re-do!

Rented two rooms for 2 nights. The first impression was very poor, as there was a strong urine smell in the elevator. Rooms were clean and otherwise OK. The motel allows pets and one night we had to listen to a constantly barking dog for several hours.

The room was nice, but the only problem was that room service didn't clean my room once out of the 4 nights I was there. They also deactivated my room key twice, so I had to go back and fourth to the front desk to get the problem fixed. Other than that, the location is fine and so is the neighborhood.

I could not have been more unsatisfied with this hotel. Rooms only have the absolute essentials, carpet looked liked it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while, and when we went to go to sleep our sheets had sand in them and sheets and pillows had visible dirt and hair all over them. When we asked for hotel staff to fix the problem we were handed a stack of sheets and told to change the beds ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

Housekeeping needs definite improvement.When you have to scrub the shower before you can use it ,there's a problem.It's a simple wlak to the beach through a decent neighborhood,and close to most everything.

If you are looking for good customer service...don't stay at this hotel. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before we could check in while the clerk held a personal conversation with another employee. We called down for room service to ask for shampoo and the clerk told my daughter "Oh honey, you have to come and get that yourself." Also, we asked for the iron (none are in the rooms) and apparently the whole hotel share a couple of irons because we were told that although we was willing to go get it...none was available but we can check the laundry room to see if one was there. Honestly, if we had to stay there more than one night, I would have just had to take a loss.
