Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 31Pets Allowed
Pets are allowed in this hotel. There were howling dogs next to us. When we complained, we had to pack up and move...not the dogs. I would not recommend this hotel and I am a dog lover!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 31just ok
stayed for two nights in pike tower. room could use some updating/modernizing. bathroom was small, shower was a little moldy around tiles. water pressure was poor. wasn't really looking to spend too much time in the room, so it suited our needs.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 31needs to clean rooms better and upgrade pool for families
There was a bunch of long hair in the bathtub when I put the children in for their bath. The pool was small and very cold... even the boys did not want to stay in. They came out shivering in less than 5 minutes. 4 ft was the most shollow part...not set up for children at all

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 31Cold in Seattle
I paid extra for a delux room, which meant it would have a view, however, it was a view to the street at the 15th floor. The room was cold and I needed more towels, however, the service desk did not answer after midnight. Finally, when I made the reservation off hotels.com, there was no mention of the $40 parking fee and I was not about to spend time driving around trying to find a more affordable lot within walking distance - especially over night.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 31Not the Service and Quality you expect from Sheraton
Wait time took forever. Valet to return with my car took longer than normal. Additional $33 for overnight parking is rediculous when you are a paying guest at the hotel. Room Service Breakfast - was delivered COLD and I would have been better off going to McDonald's. I won't be staying again.

The rooms are dated. The pool was very cold, not heated. Good location to see downtown Seattle. A bit pricey.

If you like surprises than you should stay here! They like to surprise their guests with an outrageous per day valet/parking fee. They are very sneaky about these charges as well. They do not mention any parking fees nor is it posted anywhere inside or outside the hotel. When we received our bill at checkout and saw the parking charges, we asked why the outrageous parking charges? They said they have nothing to do with it, and that it is an outside company who does it. Well then why is the hotel charging me for this other company's services? The rooms are medicore at best. Other hotels in the area are much nicer and cheaper with much cheaper parking. This Sheraton is not a terrible hotel, but it definitely isn't worth the money. The attitude of the hotel staff doesn't help either.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 10 of 31Not what I had hoped
It was okay... But I paid for a "deluxe" room and it was pretty small. Also, their info said you could use the pool until 11 pm, but they wouldn't let us in at 10:30.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 11 of 31RUDE STAFF
ok- so the price was right for the weekend, and everything was clean, good location, etc. Seriously though, every single staff member was rude: from checking in, to calling the concierge, and guest services. The staff was short, bored, and minimally helpful. It's as if they HATE working for Sheraton.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 31Customer Service Needs Improvement.
I found the staff at the Sheraton rude and disinterested in completing there basic job functions. After pulling my car out of Valent Parking, the tenant slammed by door shut after stating "NO TIP!?!?!". I will never stay at that hotel again!!!!!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 31Very dissapointed
We were very dissapointed in our stay at the Sheraton in Seattle. The people were not friendly and the conciere was so flazzled at one point she raised her fists in the air like she couldn't handle the stress. We paid extra for a nice room and I won't be back. Not worth the money.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 31Needs improvement
I felt like we were the ugly step-sisters staying in the musty attic over the garage while all the pretty girls got to stay in the new wing. The old wing needs cleaning, painting, new ventilation and updated baths. The tub flexes when I step into it; there is no ventilation in the bathroom for steam; the a/c in the wall by the window only had "hi/med/low" (what year is this? 1950?) the carpet was stained and the bed gave me a bad back.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 31Not On Your Wedding Night
I called the day before my wedding to see if I could check in 1 hour early before my wedding so that after the wedding my wife and I would not have to wait to check in in our wedding clothes. I was told this was a possibility. I showed up before the wedding - driving down town out of my way - I was told then that it wasn't possible to check in early, period. Luckily my wife was able to wait in the limo while I waited in line 15 MINUTES to check in. My advice? Go somewhere else. The place looked classy in the pictures but was a total tourist NIGHTMARE. Then at 10:30 when we got to the room there was no room service, no way to get anything to eat but pay $5.00 for a bag of peanut M&Ms in the mini bar. Stay away from this place for ANYTHING special. They could give a darn about customer service.
