Needs Improvement

Room smelled bad, Shower was broken and hard to operate, the tolet was hard to flush and the doors had to be slammed inorder to get them to close. We were on the Second floor and looking down on the pool it looked dirty, so the kids were not allowed to swim. This hotel needs a difinite overall. The staff was very nice.

No Sleep on this bed!

The staff was very helpful, but the room was extraordinarily uncomfortable. Even for an overnight stay (a few hours, really) it was not worth it. There were other hotels in the vicinity that probably would have been better (maybe not), but the beds were like sleeping on cement. The room was clean, and if you don't mind a hard bed (to keep this in perspective, I have slept on cots for weeks/months at a time that were more comfortable). The mattresses need a serious upgrade! Older motel, clean. If you are staying more than a day, I would see if they have a better room than the one we stayed in.

Nice low-rate motel

We stayed here one night because of closeness to Orlando International. It was clean, but a little worn out. Plumbing and room accessories needed work or replacement, otherwise it was comfortable. Good value for the price.

Beware!!!!!!!!

If you need a shuttle check times. We ran into a problem with time we needed to get flight. Flight left at 7:50AM shuttle doesn't start until 8:00AM. They work with another shuttle service BUT wouldn't guarantee a ride. Also the rug in the room had a Large burn mark from an iron. It felt very damp. The room had a terrible musty-smokey odor. Cancelled the 2nd night got a better room for less.

not so good!

it was our last 2 days of vacation an my daughter was coloring on the floor and some type of insect bit her on her bum. they upgraded the room but that didn't help the hives that she broke out with an kept us in the room for the rest of the time! or the allergic reaction that she had that sent her home from school the next day after returning , and that we didn't get to go to sea world! all they could do is just agree with me that that shouldn't of happened and she looked terrible. i just didn't feel that they did all that they could for a 3yr old and 6yr old ruined vacation!!

Poor customer service

I found aout at midnight that my flight was cancelled and I would not be able to make my reservation. As soon as I found out I called the hotel and let them know. I understand cancellation policies but the hotel did nothing to help me out and told me "that's just how it works"

Needs much improvement

This is an older hotel which is in need of major repairs. The room was not that clean. The receptionist was bored with her job when we arrived, however, the night staff was very good and helpful. The next day the manager spoke to us when we told her of our concerns. She offered us an upgrade on our next trip - hoping we would come back. The rug was in need of cleaning and repair. The sink did not work adequately - the tub dripped the entire time we were there. The lights did not all work. The pool was not heated. The breakfast did not have any protein and was very minimal, although they advertised it as much better than it was.

Needs improvement

I had to clean the desk, both night tables and bathroom sink before using any of these areas. We chose this location because of its proximity to the airport for an early morning flight.

Needs Improvement

Hotel was very dated and very "musty". The shower was horrible (even with the directions) and the glasses for the guests to use were filthy. There were fruit flies near the sink area (or it was lice) and the room looked like it wasn't cleaned. The staff was non committed and seemed to be bothered. This hotel would get better usage if they actually hired peopled that weren't interested in their own personal lives while they were working.

Hotel had bugs and we had to change rooms because it smelled so bad of bleach.

OK for a stop over

We stayed in this hotel cause it was close to the airport. That's all. The rate was o.k. but you always get what you pay for, and here it wasn't much. The bed linen didn't appear to be fresh and clean. When we pulled the bed spread back, there was a large blood stain on the side of the mattress, UGH!!!!!!!! Got up to get a drink of water during the night and found two huge cockroaches in the sink. The remote control didn't work for the TV. I would only stay again for the same reason. Cheap and close to the airport. Not a family place, kinda bad clientele hanging around. The pool looked OK, but had to leave before the breakfast place opened up so can't comment on that.
