Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 39Don't go for the buffet... Well, just don't go period.
Between the lobby that is impossible to navigate, the incredibly slow restaurant service, the cold and salty buffet, the spiderwebs in our room, and the used air filters hidden behind our sofa, our stay at Harrah's left a lot to be desired. In addition, upon check-in, I found that everything was automated. There was no body to talk to when getting our rooms keys, only a screen to touch, and again upon leaving when we would have liked to let some of our complaint be known there was only a touch screen kiosk to deal with. I found it cold and lacking the courteousness you get from an actual person.

first of all, must be 21 or older to go into swimming pool (im 23 and my wife is 20, she was unable to into pool) 2nd when got to room - no water present in room to drink, 3rd bedding was ripped up and damages (looks like it wasn't even clean and pillows had hair on it with feathers coming out, when call front dest, 20 minutes later came the supivisor and said "oh o.k" he did send someone with new bedding, the housekeeper just came and throw the items on the floor (never order room service $46.00 for 1 pizza and 1 bottle of 12oz soda and 1 chicken caseda) $5.00 a bottle of pepsi, when yo go to the vending machine and get it for $1.50) what a ripe off. had to check out and stays at holiday inn (waybetter hotel) last but not least, forgot the tooth brush in the car, when call front desk - they cannot help you with anything (wat a bunch of rip off)

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 39Disgusted!!
I am absolutely horrified by the way I was treated at this hotel. Don't bother trying to find something if you lose it. The hotel does not help. I was so upset about the way people were handeled and moved around from person to person when they had a problem. Absolutely nothing was done, and then when I tried to speak to someone about how upset I was, they yelled at me!!! Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 6 of 39Needs Improvement
We were extremely dissatisfied with Harrahs. When we arrived, we had no soap or shampoo and there was a dirty facecloth in the bathroom. At 11:00 p.m., we retired to our room and the occupants of the room next to ours were extremely noisy. The walls at this hotel are not soundproof to say the least. We complained three times and the noise continued. We went to the front desk and asked for another room. The person who helped us was not friendly and they appeared to be extremely short staffed. However, we were given another room and it was quiet. I would not recommend or return to this hotel.

Well first off me and my wife got there,I tried to get my gold club membership updated, and my id was 28 days expired.they wouldnt update my card, then the pool was only open until 7pm.then they wanted you to pay 45dollars to go in the pool area, and there very overpriced buffet. The room gave you a very old 25inch tv with about 5 channels. When your outside the hotel all you can smell is that dirty water they call a beach.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 39awful
dirty in all the public areas of hotel, although room was clean. housekeeping left a huge pile of dirty towels (from other rooms!) in our room. No one answers the phones at the front desk and the hotel staff is uninformed, unhelpful, and bordering on surly.

Hotel staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was falling apart. Casino staff was great.

During the two nights I stayed at Harrahs, the hotel and restaurant staff were very unfriendly, acting as if lending you a pen or bringing you a drink would ruin their night. I arrived at my room and found stained sheets on the bed, when I requested new ones they were brought FIVE HOURS LATER and left in a pile! Management claimed to have no knowledge of this. I requested a wakeup call and was told I would receive one but then asked if I was a card-member, when I said no, the staff member hung up. The result: no wake up call, again, no knowledge of the event. As for my room, the air conditioning and television continually malfunctioned and there was a leak in the ceiling over the shower. Nearly EVERY activity involves being asked for a membership card and if you DONT have one, prepare to be treated like a second-class citizen. Prices for non-members and first timers were very steep. Those who seek some entertainment at night should also prepare to encounter a variety of "working girls" who seemed to wander in endlessly after midnight. Security pretends not to notice them or doesnt care. HOWEVER, I would say that the Casino Staff were among the friendliest people I met during my stay there. While I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel I would DEFINITELY recommend stoping by to play for a while. No matter what game I played, I must say they were always fair and respectful and most were fun to talk with.

My Husband and I stayed at Harrah's for our anniversary and I'm sorry to say that for the all the money we spent for this hotel room it was the pits--the view was obstructed--the furniture was dusty--my husband commented that his drill weekend room surpassed this room--never again--staying at elsewhere next time--see you B
