All-around uncomfortable

Our expectations may have been a little too high for this resort (based on photos and reviews). To sum up our stay, we couldn't sleep as the beds were way too firm, and pillows much too thick. It was just too big a difference from our bed at home...not the hotel's fault. The bedding and room seemed clean, although a bit cramped...it felt like we were living in a shoe box. The living area was very uncomfortable as well - the couch and chair were very hard and scratchy. The TVs were nice, but we were disappointed that we couldn't order pay-per-view movies. We ate at the Tropicale the night we arrived, and the food was terrible, which deterred us from ordering room service during our stay (which is my favorite thing to do!). We checked out a night early, and were so happy to get home and get some sleep! We won't be staying here again.

Needs lots of Improvements

No free breakfast-not even coffee or juice Breakfast for 1 was $15.99 Roaches in room not taken care of during my stay of 4 days-reported on 2nd day of stay @ 8:00 AM. Treated to a childish dissertation of the 3 D's (disney doesn't discount) when I asked. No shuttle service from or to the hotel from the airport Great pool w/slide Teriffic excercise room

Not satisfied!

We have elected this hotel on our recent Disney stay, based on the fact that it's four star hotel and they offered suite rooms. our first dispappointment, was the service at the check in (long line, room not ready). Then the room, did not meet our expectation, as bath tube was dirty and sofa bed very outdated and poor quality, and water jet (for which we paid more) not working. We had to try many time to get hold of a person on the phone, and when we ordered breakfast at room, we got the costco muffins and concentrated juice for $15. Anyways, not a memorable stay.

Nice, but you feel out of a hotel, 3 towers separated from lobby

Its a nice hotel, nice pool, but i felt more like in an apartment, because yr room is in a tower, one of 3 they have , so when you enter to yr room in yr tower you feel yr out of an hotel, its like going into a simple room in a tower.

Room Lovely - but Food really really poor

The rooms are perfect. Service and staff very good & helpful. Hotel itself is a winey red on the outside...so looks a bit dated.. Food however was the worst I have ever experienced. So please be very careful if you are going to eat in the hotel..This wasn't a "I ordered poorly"..We eat for dinner and then for breakfast..a family of four...and it was really poor..If you want to experience a bad restaurant like the ones in Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares then it its worth going there...Otherwise avoid..

Needs Improvement

When we arrived in our room I had to immediately ask for the room to be cleaned. Then the next night we had two different bugs in the room from the bedding that they had just brought into our room. They immediately changed to whole bedding. We also ate in one of their restaurants and I had a hair in my food from the breakfast bar. All in all, I would not stay at this hotel again. I understand that they were very busy when I stayed but when it comes to cleaniness there is no excuse.

the room is so small and whole hotel looks old. I even can not believe that is a 4 atar hotel. I will not stay there again.

Disappointing

Lots of little annoyances. Could't get 2 rooms we booked close to each other. Suites were very small and narrow. No soda or vending on our floor, just ice. Fitness center closed at 9:30pm. Service at Palm bar was atrocious (although piano player was good). Internet is charged per computer ID, not per room, so if you have more than 2 people with computers you pay for each! LCD TV controls were locked in "zoom" picture mode which looked terrible. Very overstuffed pillows were unusable for back or stomach sleepers.

Needs improvement- no parking-room smell

Hotel has not enough parking. room smells mildewy, some rooms are redone but not all. Lobby smelled awful! After staying at 5 star hotel for a week, this hotel really appeared awful for oour last 2 nights in Orlando!

Not worth the cost

Misleading - under construction, but not posted as such. Offers shuttle service to disney parks - but only half of the day! Very spread out - never saw an employee once suitcases were brought to room. Only 1 out of 4 elevators were available - the others were for construction! Waste of money.
